the location was good, it made getting around quite easy.

i found some issues . the shower door had a large gap, this caused the bathroom to flood. the hotel offered extra towels, this was not adequate.

i found the breakfast to be quite good it included traditional dishes. the rooftop bar offered nice views. the concierge helped organize a tour to ninh binh and it was well done.

the ac unit could not heat the room so i requested an additional blanket.

The location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions.

I found the soundproofing inadequate , as noise from neighboring rooms was easily audible. This impacted my ability to rest properly and concentrate on work in the room.

the rooftop pool is a total marvel and i took full advantage, it is super refreshing after walking around. the hotel also has a gym, i spotted three treadmills and a set of free weights, this is what i was expecting!

the hotel staff welcomed me with a tasty fresh drink and some yummy sweets. they also let me check out late, like super late, i was happy! this really helped because i could shower before heading to the airport.
